Navarro Roofing of Tucson Stay Away

Navarro installed a 3-ply built-up roof system. 25# base layer with two 14# layers each layer hot-mopped. 90# wrap on parapet walls. New metal drip edge. Cut in two new skylights and replaced a third existing skylight. The interior square footage of our house is 1600 ft, plus large covered patio and a car port. One coat of roof emulsion and 2 coats white elastomeric roof coating.  Estimate: $7,100  Final cost was higher than estimate.

The initial call, estimate, and scheduling was excellent. They provided a paper on how to prepare our house and what to expect in terms of noise and smell. We rearranged our schedules to have the house ready and called in the morning to see when they would arrive. We were told between 7 and 7:30. They did not arrive and I was told that the crew had been sent to another job. They asked if they could do our house the following day. I agreed as long as I had some compensation for the inconvenience. There was a verbal agreement to compensate the installation of the two new skylights which were not in the original estimate. They were on time the next day. I needed to correct the placement of the skylights three times and they needed to return to finish cleaning the gutters, finish an open corner, reconnect conduit and free an electrical box that was tarred closed. The finished product is very good, so far, but they refused to acknowledge our verbal agreement and charged for the skylights.

Give a customer SOME consideration after a failure on your part!
