I called Navarro because they were highly rated on Angie’s List. I needed repairs to my flat roof which was leaking in 2 places. Carlos at Navarro came out and looked at the roof. He submitted an estimate of over $7500, including a coat of emulsion and 2 coats of paint. I later contracted with a different roofer, who pointed out that the roof did not need recoating, that even if it did, emulsion would serve no purpose. The cost to repair the skylights and drains, which is what I really needed, was $1250. It is possible that Navarro does good work, but anyone considering using them should get at least 2 more estimates. It seems likely that they will inflate an estimate with unnecessary work.
